The Imperial Valley Press applauds Imperial Irrigation District, Imperial County and the county air pollution control district for working together to address issues surrounding the Salton Sea. The parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding that intends to push California to meet its obligations to help restore the Salton Sea ecosystem and to comply with the Quantification Settlement Agreement.
